As we prepare to launch in early 2025, in a regulated market, our vision is clear: to establish BetMGM Brazil as the go-to destination for sports betting and online gaming, where cutting-edge technology meets a deep understanding of our audience, creating experiences that are both thrilling and trustworthy.

You will be responsible for:

A quality sports product and quality sports marketing needs quality sports content and that is why we are now recruiting a Sports Content Writer to lead our production of Sports Content.

● Set the sports agenda to lead the sports conversation across our new brand in Brazil
● Demonstrates good industry and product knowledge, and a good understanding of ‘Tone of Voice’, best practices and other content writing guidelines.
● Knows how to read briefs, what well-structured briefs consist of and can give constructive feedback to stakeholders when needed.
● Has good scheduling and planning skills, and plans ahead to ensure everything is completed on time.
● Ensure a high level of quality sports content
● Work closely with our internal marketing teams in order to ensure we are delivering relevant, quality sports output across a variety of channels.
● Report to the Head of Brand and support with management & reporting
● Combine your experience and expertise with research and analysis to ensure we are providing the most relevant possible content
● Ensure sports content is adhering to market specific gambling compliance and regulatory requirements.

Who are we looking for?
● You will have a strong sports content experience, ideally either within the iGaming industry or from a journalism background.
● You will have proven Social Media experience and the ability to grow a brand's online presence.
● You will be able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the sports content needs across our different markets and channels
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
● A passionate individual with a creative and growth mindset
● A true passion for sport with extensive knowledge of the current sports news and trends
● Previous man management experience would be advantageous.
