About the role:
Join us as a Key Account Manager where you'll be primarily focusing on our exciting new brand in Brazil. Your mission? To drive account retention strategies, foster strong player relationships, and ensure seamless player experiences. Collaborating closely with various teams, you'll analyse player behaviour, devise tailored solutions, and uphold regulatory compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the online gaming landscape while being part of a dedicated team committed to excellence.

● Creating and communicating the account retention strategy for the Brazil market.
● Identifying new high value players throughout their customer journey, gathering and taking appropriate action to ensure customers' journey is as smooth as possible.
● Build strong personal relationships with the onboarded customer base to enhance loyalty and player experience in line with relevant procedures and compliance requirements.
● Analysing and monitoring customer accounts triggered by internal reporting or otherwise indicating possible vulnerable customers and identifying potential addictive behaviour.
● Escalating any particular cases where necessary to ensure player protection is safeguarded.
● Managing the events process, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
● Evaluating and identifying suspicious behaviour, investigating, and escalating suspicions accordingly.
● Ensuring compliance with regulations/licensing objectives by following internal policies/procedures and escalating regulatory concerns where necessary.
● Identifying safer gambling and AML risks following enhanced training.
● Keeping updated with and implementing jurisdictional regulatory requirements and changes as necessary.
Required Skills:
● Experience in Igaming industry
● Advanced / Fluent English
● Previous experience as a Key Account Manager in the betting / iGaming industry with a focus on the Brazil market.
● Strong analytical and investigation skills.
● Excellent planning and time organisation skills with superb attention to detail.
● Positive, creative, and data-driven mindset.
Nice to have skills:
● Familiarity with safer gambling and AML risks.
● Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
