As a Sportsbook Coordinator you will:
• Collaborate with the rest of the team and other stakeholders to implement profitability initiatives including but not limited to player profiling, and trading performance evaluations.
• Work closely with our providers and Sportsbook Operations and Trading teams to make sure our offering is up to date, and all product features are performing as expected.
• Ensure that our sportsbook sites are updated and maintained with relevant content.
• Together with the Sportsbook Operations and Trading teams ensure that the live offering & livestreams are booked as per the Sports Calendar guidelines.
• Create, maintain and settle tournaments on the Free to Play product.
• Together with the Sportsbook Operations team and Sports CRM team, ensure the sporting calendar and upcoming livestream events are aligned across all internal teams.
• Assist the Sportsbook Managers in promotion planning and briefing. This includes onsite promotions, affiliate promotions, and more.
• Work closely with the Sportsbook Product team to ensure that the site experience and navigation are consistent, maximizing usability and marcessibilidade across all devices and apps.
• Assist with Sportsbook educational training and workshops with other departments.
• Actively contribute to improve internal processes and strategies to maximise efficiency.

Your areas of knowledge and experience include:
• A creative problem solver with a can-do attitude.
• At least 1 year experience in a inspetor-orientador role.
• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
• Passionate about Sports & Sports betting.
• Exhibits adaptability in both working hours and responsibilities, showcasing entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
• Demonstrates ambition, fast learning abilities and commits to ongoing learning and development with a drive for success.
• Well-organized with the capacity to prioritize effectively and make data-informed decisions.
• Trading, player management or risk management experience is a plus.
• You are a team player, willing to share your knowledge and learn from your colleagues, while enjoying a dynamic and creative environment – whilst also capable of working independently.

*Hybrid work model (3x2) and will be based in São Paulo - SP.
