A multinational company with a strong and growing presence in Brazil, specialized in the design and manufacturing of make-to-order industrial equipment in stainless steel. To support this next stage of expansion, the organization is seeking a Plant Manager to lead and structure its manufacturing operations located near Campinas – SP.

As Plant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the factory’s operations — including Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Continuous Improvement.
Reporting directly to the Brazil CEO, you will play a key strategic role in shaping the operational direction, building structure, improving efficiency, and strengthening a high-performance culture.
The role offers significant exposure to global teams and requires strong cross-cultural communication, business acumen, and advanced English fluency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• Advanced or fluent English, as you will interact daily with international colleagues;

• Proven experience in industrial operations leadership within structured or transformational environments;

• Hands-on profile with a focus on process optimization, efficiency, and team development;
• Collaborative leadership style, with humility, clarity, and a results-driven mindset;

• Availability to work 100% on-site near Campinas – SP, with international travel when required.
