About the role:
We're recruiting a dynamic and innovative Programmatic Manager to lead our trading efforts, oversee high-impact campaigns, analyse performance, and shape the future of our programmatic strategy. Join us and be a key player in crafting cutting-edge solutions that make a difference!
You will be responsible for:
● Manage and develop programmatic, YouTube, and direct display campaigns in collaboration with external partners across diverse markets, utilising platforms such as Adform, Google Ads, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
● Conduct daily campaign optimizations, plan budgets, and offer strategic insights.
● Collaborate closely with various departments, including Country Managers, Design, Content, CRO, APP, PPC, Paid Social and CRM teams, to ensure optimal campaign performance.
● Create, execute, and analyse A/B tests for banners, landing pages, and innovative programmatic solutions.
● Deliver activity results in team meetings and monthly presentations to Country Managers and senior management, if necessary.
● Stay abreast of market trends and recommend strategies to enhance campaign performance, leveraging the latest solutions available.
● Provide training and support for team members with limited experience in their day-to-day tasks.
● Conduct competitive research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving banners and display solutions in different markets.
Your areas of knowledge and experience include:
● Ideally, possess 2-3 years of experience in the display programmatic field.
● Have a strong understanding of DSPs such as Adform, Google Ads, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
● Previous experience collaborating with external partners and publishers.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
● Demonstrated analytical prowess, comfort with numerical data, and ability to articulate and interpret results and action points effectively.
● Self-motivated, results-focused, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new concepts.
● Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
● Familiarity with Bannerflow is advantageous.
